Florin Răduţă, originally from Târgoviste, Dâmbovița, Romania, is widely known as the winner of X Factor Romania, season V, the most popular TV talent show broadcast by Antena 1. His fabulous performance of James Brown’s “It’s a Man’s World” simply amazed the jury of X Factor who remained speechless, and his mentor, Ştefan Bănică Jr., was totally slain by the moment. His life story is one that appears in movies: before he was 18 he was raised by his grandmother and then went to the UK where he worked as a waiter. Once returning to Romania, he decided to participate as a contestant in “X Factor”, although he did not have a canto lesson in his life. Fate was on his side and, with a little help from his mentor, Ştefan Bănică Jr., who had perceived his innate talent of singing and his beautiful soft voice, he managed to win this talent contest.
Florin Răduţă was not at his first experience in a talent show. He was also part of the fourth season of “The Voice of Romania” broadcast by Pro TV in 2014.
Recently, Florin Răduţă has just launched his second single, “Cheamă-mă” (“Call Me”), a sensitive pop ballad about love and the chances that each of us offers to save a relationship.
