Lary Chary – “Winner”

“Winner” by Lary Chary Bigtym, produced by Lary Chary and D King for Sikia Records, is a song for success, one of the kind that you will want to sing thousands of times after achieving something you have always dreamt of. The song is inspiring; it comes with good and simple lyrics. It inspires courage and vigor though also can serve well when you are celebrating success. In the song, Larry says that through hard work, time, and prayer, he made it, and he really made himself a winner, the winner of hearts belonging to all Ugandans, to all those who love “The Pearl of Africa”, to all music lovers of African sounds, once he had released “Olee Uganda”, a song that celebrates Uganda’s independence and dedicated to all Ugandans who have done something to contribute to their country’s development.

Lary Chary, by his real names Tumusiime Hilary Charbel, is a young talented singer, song/script writer, performer and record producer that has been of recent highly rated by his makers. His musical journey started in 2008 when Larry joined Black Hole Records under the ownership of Sylver Kyagulanyi before it became Sikia Records. He got acquainted to music production through the support of Washington and Charzo. He later enrolled at Kampala music YMCA under the instruction of Ben Katumba. Since then, he’s been doing a great job and now Lary Chary is one of the most beloved African performer and music producer worldwide because his music has a vintage African feel but it is cool, unique and rich both in melody and lyrics.
